Easy Breakfast Recipes: Soft Boiled Eggs

Want a quick and tasty breakfast?  Try soft boiled eggs. 
Prep time is under five minutes.

Here's what you need:

  • 1-2 eggs (One is never enough)
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • A timer

Here's what to do:

  • Bring a pot of water to a rolling boil
  • Hold the eggs above the water for a moment to avoid cold eggs cracking when they go in the water
  • Set the timer for three minutes (Some people like two minute eggs. I prefer three)
  • When done tap top off with a spoon

Add salt, pepper, or whatever you like with eggs and enjoy!
