How to Save Cooked Rice

So you had a nice meal, but have leftover rice-- how can you save it so it somewhat fresh as leftovers?

  • Put it in an airtight container or use Saran Wrap
  • Add about tablespoon (more if needed) of water or soy sauce to the leftover rice
  • Seal it well
  • Reheat in the microwave for about a minute
  • Fluff and serve

That's pretty much it.
