Why I Like Motivational and Inspiring Quotes

On my DivorcedDadFrugalDad.com and Defensive-Entrepreneurship.com sites, there are quite a few Words of Wisdom posts. They are actually quite popular and widely viewed. I share them because I hope that just one other person finds something of value in them.
Quite frankly, the personal reason for posting them is that I need a boost in my spirits sometimes. Let's face it, life doesn't always cooperate and it gets challenging sometimes. If you don't believe me try going through a divorce and continuing to live with the aftermath even years later.
Contrary to my kids belief-- I am not super human and I need inspiration and motivation. I need to know that others, including some great minds, have experienced certain things, thought about certain challenges, and searched for and found answers.
As I mentioned, there are times that the going gets tough-- it never hurts to have the insightful words of wisdom that help push, drive, and inspire you to reach deep down inside and find the strength to press on and persevere.
If you have someone in mind that has said some special thoughts, please do not hesitate to make suggestions. I will add their names to the long list I have yet to get to, but suggestions will move them up in the order.
