Slow Cooker Recipes: Crock Pot Chicken

With the cooler weather, it is time to start slow cooker meals, this is an easy one-- Crock Pot Chicken. Prep time is about 10 minutes.
Here's what you need:
- 2-3 lbs. of chicken, chopped
- 1 lb. of frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 can of chicken broth
- 1 envelope of beef stroganoff sauce mix
- 1 teaspoon of garlic salt
- 1 teaspoon of onion powder
- 1 teaspoon of paprika
- 1 dash of worcestershire sauce
Here's what to do:
- Lightly brown chicken in a skillet
- Follow beef stroganoff sauce directions
- Mix all ingredients in crock pot
- Cook on low for eight hours
Serve over rice or noodles.
