How to Frost a Beer Glass

Frosting a beer glass is a relatively simple process.  The results provide a nice touch and can jazz up a so-so beer.

Here's what to do:

  • Use an appropriate glass for the type of beer you will have and be sure it is clean
  • Rinse it inside and out with cool, clean water, but don't dry it off
  • Place the damp glass in the freezer for about an hour
  • Chill the beer in the frig ahead of time
  • Remove from freezer, pour the chilled beer, and serve quickly

Enjoy!

One other tip: Don't leave the chilled glasses too long in the freezer, you don't want other "flavors" from the freezer (Baking soda in the freezer can help).
