Slow Cooker Recipes: Chicken Burrito in the Crock Pot

Another set it and forget it meal-- Slowed Cooked Chicken Burritos in the Crock Pot. Prep time is about five minutes.
Here's what you need:
- 4-6 chicken breasts, boneless, skinless, and diced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 jar of chunky salsa
At the table:
- Tortillas
- Sour creme
- Cheese, shredded (Cheddar or Jack is best)
Here's what to do:
- Put the chicken, onion, pepper, and salsa in the crock pot
- Cook on LOW for six hours
Enjoy!
