Slow Cooker Recipes: Cajun Shrimp in the Crock Pot

Seafood with a zing-- Slow Cooked Cajun Shrimp. Prep time is about ten minutes.
Here's what you need:
- 1 pound of cooked shrimp, no shells, but tails if you like
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 clove of garlic, chopped
- 1/2 of a green pepper, chopped
- 1 can of tomatoes, chopped
- 1 can of chicken broth
- 1/2 cup of water
- 1/2 cup of wild and long grain rice
- 1/2 teaspoon of Cajun seasoning mix
- Dash of salt
- Dash of pepper
- Dash of worcestershire sauce
- Dash of Tabasco (make it two or three)
Here's what to do:
- Combine ingredients in crock pot
- Slow cook on LOW for eight hours
