Slow Cooker Recipes: Asian Chicken in the Crock Pot

Mrs. DDFD submitted this one-- I don't know where she found it. This is on our menu for early next week-- I love Asian style chicken. Simple, quick, easy, and frugal. It serves four people. Prep time is about 10 minutes.
Here's what you need:
- 1 pound chicken breast strips
- 1 lb. package frozen Asian veggies
- 5 teaspoons soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons peanut butter
- 2 cups orange juice
Here what to do:
- Add all of your ingredients into a mixing bowl
- Mix well
- Place in your crock-pot on medium heat
- Stir occasionally
- Allow to cook between 4-8 hours
- Serve over rice
Enjoy!
