Personal Safety and Self Defense Skills: How to Kill or Disable an Attacker

Sometimes it is you or them-- could you kill or disable an attacker? Sounds far-fetched? Not really, crime and dangerous situations do happen-- are you prepared?

While most people may never need to use these techniques, here are some ideas for you if you are in the wrong place at the wrong time:

  • Pointed object in the temple or ear or up nose
  • Crushed windpipe with hands or boot
  • Blind them with light, fingers, or object
  • Clap their ears to disorient them
  • Kick them low and hard
  • Twist their head violently
  • Cut their achilles heel
  • Sharp object into vital organ
  • Choke/strangle them

This may seem unpleasant, it may unfortunately be necessary . . .
