Best Grilling Recipes: BBQ Grilled Corn on the Cob (In Husk)

Here is an interesting approach to corn on the cob-- BBQ Grilled Corn on the Cob (In Husk).

Here is what you need:

  • Several ears of corn in the husk

Here is what to do:

  • Soak corn in husks in cold water for five minutes (You can go dry but the husks burn away and expose corn faster-- soaked corn seem more moist)
  • Put the wet ears of corn in the husks on the grill
  • Rotate occasionally
  • Serve with butter, salt, and pepper

Prep time is five minutes, cook time is 10-20 minutes.
