Best Grilling Recipes: BBQ Chicken With Basil and Butter
Made this one up when I had plenty of fresh basil on hand-- BBQ chicken with basil and butter. Prep time is under five minutes.
Here's what you need:
- 4 chicken breasts
- 1/2 stick of butter
- 1 tablespoon of basil
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon of garlic pepper
Here's what to do:
- Put all ingredients (except butter) on the chicken at least one hour before
- Grill indirect with butter applied to both sides for 10 minutes each side
- Go to direct grilling for about five minutes each side or until done
We serve them with baked potatoes and broccoli.
