How to Drink More Water: 12 Ways to Add Flavor to Water





With the heat or the cold, water is your best bet for refreshment.
How to drink more water?

Drinking water is really good for you, but it gets boring sometimes. I look for ways to jazz it up-- here are some ways to do it:

  1. Lemon-- Juice or sliced whole
  2. Lime-- Juice or sliced whole
  3. Orange-- Juice or sliced whole
  4. Mint-- Bruised
  5. Spearmint-- Bruised
  6. Cucumber-- Slices
  7. Sugar-- A pinch
  8. Salt-- A pinch
  9. Berries-- Juice or crushed whole
  10. Fruit-- Juice or sliced whole
  11. Herbs-- Bruised
  12. Vinegar-- A dash
