Wild Game Recipes: Easy Grilled Striped Bass

This Easy Grilled Striped Bass should really be called Lazy Man's Striped Bass . . . it is so easy!
Here's what you need:
- 1-2 striped bass fillets or steaks
- 1/2 cup of salsa (mild, medium, or hot-- your choice)
- 1-2 squeezed lemons on fillets and salsa
The above go into a foil bowl (shape the foil like a bowl and put a cover on it) to be mixed (Prep time is 1-2 minutes)
Here's what to do:
- Marinade the fish in the foil for at least thirty minutes
- Start the fish in foil (covered) on the grill. Start indirect (not over coals) for about 3-5 minutes each side then go to direct (over the coals) for the last few (1-2) minutes each side with the foil cover off
Serve with rice and veggies.
