Cooking From Scratch: How to Make Your Own Homemade Horseradish

I love horseradish-- the hotter, the better. Here is a quick recipe (about 10 minutes prep time) for you to make your own homemade horseradish:
Here's what you need:
- 1 cup of horseradish peeled and chopped
- 1/2 cup of white Vinegar
- 1/4 cup of water
- 3 dashes of salt (or more to taste)
- Dash of sugar
- Dash of cayenne pepper
Here's what to do:
- Put ingredients into blender
- Set for chop or puree (Depends on how thick you want it)
- Chill and serve
Add a little mayonnaise and some sour cream, and you have a sauce . . .
Try this on:
- Steak/Beef
- Burgers
- Chicken
- Fish (Especially shellfish)
- Eggs
Enjoy!
