Cooking From Scratch: How to Make Your Own Mustard





There is nothing like homemade-- here is a quick recipe. This one is how to make your own mustard.

Here's what you need:

  • 4 tablespoons of dry mustard powder
  • 2 tablespoons of water
  • 1 tablespoon of white wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon of white wine or sherry
  • 1/4 teaspoon of worcestershire


Here's what to do:

  • Mix
  • Heat in a sauce pan
  • Chill
  • Serve


Inexpensive, quick (Prep time under 5 minutes), and easy . . .
